Owner Issues
It is fantastic to see more owners contributing to the guest areas of the boards but just a quick reminder to keep owner issues in the Owner Areas.
The "Ask an Owner" area is a guest area so this should be kept just for issues relating to the guest's holidays etc.
As you read threads, it can indeed prompt a question re the topic listed but please, if it is owner related, go into the Owner area and start a new
thread (not forgetting to use Orlando, Florida, Disney etc in your title) and we can discuss the issue there.
If the guests are reading Tourist info and the threads then go to owners discussing something, they will get bored and leave the boards which is want
we don't want.
Also, whilst doing our usual routine checks, it has come to light that some owners are still answering enquiries from the owner to owner section but
NOT posting that they are replying - this is not in line with the Board Rules and also not fair to the other owners. Please ensure you have read the
Board Rules above as altho it is a little confusing, these were designed to help keep the boards running smoothly.

I agree with above. I have noticed that the surplus section has been looked at by more than post that they have replied or do not have availability.
Also I find by posting a reply I know in the future that I have already written, or not as the case may be, to the surplus. It helps me keep a check
of who I have written to and who I have not.

Great to see this thread has had 79 views - if any owner still has questions about posting when taking owner to owner enqs, please post here.
Hopefully there will be no further complications with this.
Thanks
Jane

Now that we are seeing a steady supply of generals coming in is it possible that you can include a date in the title rather than just 'VRO general'
- I know I for one tend to visit a general at least twice because I am never sure whether it is a new one or one that has been updated the following
day.

Yes I agree it does help to put the exact dates on the posting. If I see one which I know that I do not have availability for then I don't bother
looking at it. It I do have availability then I always post a reply as this helps me keep check of those I have written to. Also when you go onto
new posts you can see that you have posted on this thread and will not bother to go there again.

Zac does the generals - so will pass on the above comments as I can't edit his posts to help him out timewise. Doesn't matter how many views a post
gets to be honest - AS LONG AS EVERYONE WHO ANSWERS THE ENQUIRY, MAKES A POST TO SAY THAT THAT THEY ARE ANSWERING - as you can see, a bit of a
sensitive area at the moment!!!

RE VRO GENERALS ::
Hi all, I can do something about this I am sure, thanks for bringing it up.
And as Jane has said the Generals OR Family surplus is becoming a bit of a sensitive subject, I just hope those concerned take note .... for their own
good ?
Thanks all :-)
