Orlandovillas.co.uk villa owners care about what you think
As villa owners our goal, apart from enjoying the villa ourselves, is to make sure that our guests who stay have the perfect, most comfortable setting
for their Orlando experience.
We have been very lucky in that the feedback we receive has been 100% positive, and all of our guests have enjoyed the villa and the pool area.
We have spoken to many members of the OrlandoVillas.co.uk family who have had similar feedback, but those who have owned longer than us have received
the occasional negative comments from a guest.
It seems that as soon as this happens, the owners on OrlandoVillas.co.uk will sort any problem that may have arisen immediately. Sometimes it has
meant speaking with the management company, or hiring someone to fix a machine or such, but the owners here waste no time at all, so that their villa
is 100% ready for their next guest.
For a potential renter this must be very encouraging to hear, to know that your holiday accomodation will be at its absolute peak when you visit, and
that the owners care.
By choosing a villa from the OrlandoVillas.co.uk family you can be sure that this is true, because we do care.
As an owner, there is nothing more satisfying than getting great feedback from guests, and that is why we will do everything possible to make your
stay as perfect as you will expect.

Please also remember that we as owners pay a number of different people to ensure that the villa is in perfect condition for our guests.
The Management Company arrange for cleaning and inspection before and after each guest. The pool company cleans the pool and ensures that it not only
looks good but has a safe level of chemicals in it. The gardener keeps the surrounding area clean and the pest man sprays the garden to make sure you
don't have any bugs in the area.
Now with all this happening sometimes things go wrong or get missed out and the only way we as owners can fix this is if our guests tell the
Management Company. A number of times I have talked to guests after they have returned and asked how the holiday went and if there was any way the
villa could be improved. Sometimes there has been a small problem like blown light bulbs but the answer I get most of the time is that "everything
else was so good we didn't think it was right to complain".
While no owner wants lots of silly complaints if there is a problem, however small, we are already paying someone to fix it. So please don't feel shy
about calling the Management Company if you have a problem as they are there to ensure that you have a good holiday.
Choose a villa from Orlandovillas.co.uk and have piece of mind you are renting the best !
Regards Dave

We as owners want out guests to ring us when there is something wrong at our villa. Recently we had a phone call from a guest to say that our pool
heating was not working on his first day at the villa. He had been told that it had not been working for over a week by our MC. After ringing the MC
we found out that the MC had reported the fault to our builders because the pool was still under warranty, when the fault had been reported by a
previous guest. This guest had not rang us so we only found out about the problem when the second guest rang us. We were very upset with our MC for
not letting us know and spent the best part of the next day ringing the builders and the pool company they employed to fix pools to try to sort out
the problem. In the end we managed to get it fixed but only because the guest had rang us.
We would prefer guests to ring us when there is a problem as we can put pressure to bear on the people who can fix things.

I always ask our guests on their return for their feedback as this has resulted in making improvements for the benefit of future guests.
I ask for both positive and negative feedback as the positive feedback helps me to promote more accurately the things about our villa that future
guests will enjoy.

Ive always called my guests a few days into the stay to see if everything is ok...but theyre never home!No surprise there!Theyre out enjoying the
theme parks no doubt.
All villa owners have a Welcome Pack in their home with the phone Number of our Management companies.
I wouldnt mind a guest phoning me if they preferred to talk to me...make use of those free unlimited local and International phonecalls!
Or I hope to have internet access in the future,so they could always e-mail if they preferred.
I think we as villa owners are far more helpful than a tourist rep would be..I know ive had enough disatifaction from them in the past!

I always tell my guests to phone me if there are problems, I would far rather get a call in the middle of the night than find out something has gone
wrong for days. Only happened once when a keylock failed and now we have a backup not likely to happen again, but we just arranged a locksmith to
come out after not being able to get hold of our then MC .
We have free international calls and a computer so it is relatively easy for a guest to get in touch with us, but not if they are left standing
outside the villa unable to get in!!
As with all these things, there is always room for improvement just as we all make mistakes sometimes, it is the speed of sorting things out that
counts.

We also ask for feedback from all our guests so that we can continue to improve the quality of the villa. We are aiming for 100% satisfaction from
all our guests.

A couple of days into their holiday we make a point of phoning to check everything is OK. We also leave a contact number for our MC alongwith our own
number. Luckily we have had no negative feedback but our villa is still pretty new.

All of the above comments just goes to prove what a benefit it is to book your holiday accommodation through a private owner and especially through
this site as all the owners are verified. You are getting personal service from people who love their homes and love sharing them with their guests.
I send out a questionnairre to my guests after they have departed and am always anxious to read their feedback, ready and willing to address any
comment they may have! One of things I ask them is if there was any amenity that they would have desired during their stay that was not available to
them. I've only ever had one reply to this question and it was "a hand mixer". Well, I immediately purchased a hand mixer and brought it to the
villa not long after. Well, one year later, it's still in the box!! I imagine somebody will appreciate it sooner or later!

We did the same thing, though it was a Juicer for all those florida oranges - and guess what - that too is still in the box!

I have had requests for a blender ,2 sets of hairstraighteners as opposed to the three hairdryers already there all of which I was more than happy
to put in place -if it makes for happy guests then I am happy

We too have 3 hairdryes and also purchased a hair straightener after our teenage daughter said that she could not possibly enjoy her holiday without
one. Two is being very generous as she made us buy the most expensive ceramic one. These girls are very fussy about what straightener they use. GHD
or equiv or nothing.
As for other things. The only thing we have been asked to get was a bread cutting board. We already had one of those little plastic type ones in the
furniture package but this guest wanted a proper wooden one. We will be off to walmart to get one when we go out in Feb.
